I cannot attach any new documents/forms.... PPS can't seem to fix it.

SENIOR Parent Recognition Ads

SENIOR CHECKLIST

We need by 10/31/2011:

• Baby Picture
• 1st Day of School Picture
• Candid (from early years)
• Candid (current)
• Senior Portrait

These can be submitted electronically to aandreas@maine.rr.com or hard copies can be left at the front desk in the main office at PHS. (please put in an envelope with your contact information!)
We also need:

• Senior Write-up (which appears beside their Portrait)

If you do not have a Senior portrait.....please contact Mrs. Keyes at PHS...her photography club will schedule a FREE one for you!!
