I)    All 41 credits for graduation must be complete before students are allowed to participate in the graduation ceremonies.

II)    Senior Scholarship Assembly:
When – May 26, 2010
Where – P.H.S. Auditorium
Time – 6:30 P.M.

III)    Senior Farewell:
When – May 28, 2010            Wear Caps & Gowns
Where – P.H.S. Gym               
Time – 9:45 A.M.  Check in - PHS Gym at 8:00 A.M.  Picture at 8:30 A.M.

Rehearsals are in P.H.S. Gym.  Rehearsals are Mandatory.
Rehearsals:
May 24th – 8:00 A.M. Gym
May 25th – 8:00 A.M. Gym
May 26th – 8:00 A.M. Gym
May 27th – 8:30 A.M. Gym – Sr. Breakfast (7:15 A.M.) Lower Café

IV)    Graduation:
When – June 2, 2010
Where – Merrill Auditorium, City Hall            Wear Caps & Gowns
Time – 10:30 A.M.
Check in at P.H.S. Gym 9:00 A.M.

Rehearsals are in the Gym and/or Merrill Auditorium.  Rehearsals are Mandatory.
Rehearsal:
May 27th – 8:00 A.M. Gym – Sr. Breakfast (7:15 A.M.) Lower Café
June 1st – 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 and 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. at Merrill Auditorium and Speech Rehearsal

The ladies wear white dresses or skirt and blouse and white shoes/sandals and the men wear dress shirt, necktie and plain trousers (no jeans), dark socks and dress shoes.  Please alert us if you are unable to obtain the necessary attire.

If for some reason you are not able to attend the Graduation exercises/rehearsals, you must see Mr. Johnson, Mr. Rogers, or Mrs. Wike for permission to be excused.

V)    Debts:
All debts must be paid by May 14th or students will receive no more than two tickets for graduation after debt is paid.  Check the debt list for your name - see Mrs. Bryce in the main office.

VI)    Caps and Gowns:
Will be distributed on May 25th at Senior Farewell Rehearsal.

VII)    Tickets for Graduation:
Will be distributed on May 26th at Senior Farewell Rehearsal.  Make sure your ticket form is turned in to the office (April 30th deadline) or you will receive the minimum number of tickets.

VIII)    All school rules must be observed prior to graduation.  If a student commits a “suspendable offense” that student is not allowed to participate in school events during suspensions.  Graduation is a school event.  The Senior Prom is a school sponsored function and all rules apply.
